Custom designed to meet client requirements a through car 350kg twin mast hydraulic Goods Lift installed Rushden Northants with a finished floor level 2637mm and platform size 1100mm x 1650mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and twin opening interlocked gates finished in Traffic Yellow RAL 1023

A free standing self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 100mm x 100mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Silky Grey RAL 7044.

Goods lift fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper level, also “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels. At the lower level a fixed ramp 1250mm long x 1650mm wide will be provided to assist loading on to the 120mm deep platform finished Traffic Yellow RAL 1023.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and fork lift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 2.2Kw control voltage 24 volt IP55.

  - Upper level travel limit switch and overload relief valve
  - Hydraulic cylinders feature emergency velocity fuse if line breaks

  - The hydraulic power pack and electrical system housed separately at ground level
  - The raised height of the lift is governed by a switch system to ensure that the lift platform parks level with upper floor
