Goods lift is positioned in a 750mm deep pit (by others) and will operate at 75 seconds to maximum height. Operation 2,3 kW compact electro-motor with hydraulic pump unit and adequately sized oil tank wired to IP55 Standard.
Power unit is located outside the lift 400 Volts, 3 phases, 50 Hz at 24 Volts with IP55 insulated electrics. CYLINDERS Normally single acting precision made units complete with pipe break valve to prevent a rapid lowering speed in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, Delfleet anti corrosion, ETCH-Primer. WEIGHT Approximately 1500KG’s.

HAND RAILS 1100mm high hand rails with 150mm high kick-boards, fitted to both long sides and one short side SAFETY GATES 1100mm high twin safety gate with 150mm high kick-boards fitted to one 1500mm side – outwards opening INTERLOCKING GATES .
The safety gates are interlocking into the control system of the lift so the platform will NOT raise or lower when the gates are open. Scissor table will be supplied with a remote power pack for ease of change over, should a fault occur. A spare power pack will also be provided.
Enclosure supplied with a four sided enclosure to both levels measuring 2.50m long x 2.09m Wide – Manufactured in 304 grade stainless steel and finished with a silicone bead blast (to give an even matt finish to the stainless steel) Ground floor: 3900mm high to the underside of the mezzanine floor.
